Thaevion is a document approval and intake platform built for organisations that need structured, verified, and fast processes without the complexity of enterprise software.
What we noticed
Approvals were happening over email. Documents were getting lost. Nobody had a clear trail.
Teams across finance, law, and government were running complex approval processes on tools never designed for it. Procurement requests approved over WhatsApp, asset sign-offs tracked in spreadsheets, signatures chased on printed forms. The result was delays, compliance gaps, and no accountability.
What we built
A platform that routes approvals to roles or individuals, collects external submissions, and keeps a verified record of everything.
Every member is admin-vouched before they can access the platform. Every action is logged. Documents move through multi-step approval chains and are intelligently classified on arrival. Submission portals can be opened to the public, free or paid.
